The Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the physical infrastructure of a data center. The DCIM Engineer will work closely with other teams such as IT, facilities, and operations to ensure the data center is running smoothly and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve data center issues, including power, cooling, and network problems.

As part of the Application Networking and Security TAM team, you will work with a small number of assigned customers, ensuring their satisfaction and return on investment of VMware solutions. You will be the customer’s primary liaison into VMware and accountable for identifying and directly addressing all business and technical issues impacting customer success. You will engage resources across the entire VMware organization.

Looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our team, supporting a Fortune client in a large-scale Data Center Migration project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, network routing (BGP), and data center migration, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
